The process begins with the visitor identifying their scheduled appointment by entering the initial characters of their name or selecting a new visit option. If this is a first-time visit, the visitor is prompted to scan their driver's license or manually input their information. Subsequently, the visitor's photograph is captured for identification purposes.

Next, the visitor reviews and provides consent for the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The system then performs a check against watch lists to ensure security compliance. Once verified, an access control card is activated to facilitate entry.

Finally, the visitor is formally signed in, and their identification badge is printed for distribution. The application supports both standard and self sign-in/kiosk modes to accommodate different operational environments.
